It’s time to register for summer camp at Camp Lebanon! Registration needs to be completed on Camp Lebanon’s website (camplebanon.org), but if you would like to apply for a Faithbridge Church Scholarship, you must fill out the form below for each child and after you submit the form, you will receive a code to use during the registration process on Camp’s website.
